Nonprofit & Cultural Partnerships

Need: Mission-driven arts organizations needed marketing and event support to expand reach and impact.
Difference Made:
Delivered operations and communications strategy for institutions like Golden Gate Philharmonic, New York Foundation for the Arts, Art Index TV, and San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Managed venue logistics and sponsorships for events in collaboration with Google Community Space, Salesforce Ohana East Tower, and Harvard Club of San Francisco. Identified and secured community partnership with Google for Golden Gate Philarmonic. Designed programming that connected diverse audiences with cultural initiatives. Supported funding and visibility goals through community-focused storytelling. Helped amplify nonprofit missions through strategic public engagement.

Baja Bound Project

Need: Families in underserved areas of Baja California lacked stable housing and access to supportive infrastructure.
Difference Made:
Participated and created media for an on-the-ground housing construction project with Baja Bound, a nonprofit focused on building homes for families in need. Collaborated directly with local community, volunteers, and organizers to support sustainable development efforts. Contributed to multi-day build initiatives that provided safe, long-term housing and strengthened cross-border solidarity. Helped deliver both physical structures and a renewed sense of dignity to partner families. The experience reinforced a deep commitment to community-centered service and international collaboration.
Women’s Support Collective

Need: A space for women to connect, share, and receive peer support—especially during isolating or transitional life phases.
Difference Made:
Founded a virtual community that grew to over 1,000 members through word-of-mouth and inclusive outreach. Hosted weekly in-person events, led facilitation, and designed topics based on member needs. Created a structure that fostered long-term trust, mutual aid, and emotional resilience. Served as both a leadership incubator and a resource hub. Empowered hundreds of participants to lead, heal, and grow within a supportive digital space.
Art & Music Festival Founder

Need: A lack of accessible arts programming for college students to showcase and sell works to the community.
Difference Made:
Created and produced an event featuring nationally recognized artists, local talent, and cross-disciplinary performances. All proceeds were donated to the W-S Arts Council. Led all programming, marketing, and operations from concept to execution. Built strategic partnerships with regional sponsors and secured venues through community coalitions. Drew media attention and high attendance, elevating visibility for emerging artists and cultural organizations. The event also stood for grassroots arts engagement in underserved regions. ​
Industry Engagement

Need: Emerging professionals needed guidance in tech and customer success.
Difference Made:

Served as a mentor to students, offering coaching and real-world context. Selected as a speaker for SheRunsIt to discuss leadership and innovation through a gender-equity lens.
Additionally, selected to Judge CMSWire’s Customer Success Impact Awards across two years, spotlighting meaningful change in enterprise environments.
Inclusion Events

Need: Employees sought more inclusive, culturally relevant spaces to celebrate heritage and build community at work.
Difference Made:
Initiated and hosted culturally focused internal events, including co-leading Vonage's San Francisco office first-ever Diwali celebration, to honor traditions and foster cross-cultural understanding. Collaborated with team members from diverse backgrounds to design programming that was both educational and celebratory. Managed logistics, communications, and executive buy-in to ensure visibility and support. Created space for personal storytelling, cultural rituals, and shared meals, strengthening a sense of belonging. These events became a catalyst for ongoing employee-led initiatives.
